Returns and Refunds

– Customers can opt to exchange the product provided the original condition is maintained within the first 3 days of delivery only.
– We understand that because of the delicate nature of the product, in rare situations, the product might arrive damaged(for e.g, fibre is cracked, MDF is broken, print is not proper, etc). In that case, visual evidence of the same needs to be sent to contact@eiden.in or WhatsApp us at +91-9082192299/DM us on Instagram at @eiden.in with the order details within 24 hours of the delivery. Our customer service team will be investigating the problem and if the complaint is genuine, you can claim a complete refund or we are more than happy to exchange it as well.
– If the new product you select is priced higher than the original one, you shall have to pay a difference. Please ping us if this is the case with you.– Free Gifts / promotional items cannot be returned.
– Refunds cannot be offered on any items purchased with discounts/offers. However, we are happy to exchange the product for you.
– After the first replacement, a refund is not available on prepaid orders.
– Second Exchange will attract a charge of ₹150
